Terms and Conditions

Once a booking is made, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required to secure the booking (unless alternative arrangements have been agreed).

• Reservations are confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event. Late or non-payment may incur additional charges and could lead to cancellation.

• Extra usage hours can be purchased at £50 per hour (unless otherwise agreed).

Event day requirements:

• The event organiser must ensure there is a suitable space for the photo booth set-up, measuring at least 0.8m (L) x 0.8m (W) x 2.2m (H).

• A mains power supply must be located within 3 metres of the installation area.

• Set-up will begin approximately 1 hour prior to the event start time, and organisers must grant full access to the venue at that time.

• Props, backdrops, and other accessories may be provided, but AR Photobooths accepts no liability for their condition or replacement.

Equipment & Damage

• The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to AR Photobooths’ equipment resulting from negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

• In the event that photographs or data are lost or corrupted, the maximum compensation payable is £30

Event coverage:

•  The photo booth will operate for at least 80% of the total hire duration. Short breaks may occur when changing printer paper , ink or carrying out other essential tasks.

​Cancellations:

• The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• If a cancellation is made within 90 days of the booked date, the full balance is still payable.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or letter).

Indemnities:

• The customer accepts full responsibility and is liable for any damages caused to AR Photobooths equipment as a result of careless behavior  or non compliance with instructions.

• If images from the event are corrupted maximum compensation of £30 is provided

1. Event Liability

   You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless ARPhotobooths from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from, or in connection with, your event, including any incidents, accidents, or disputes that occur during or as a result of the event.

2. Image Use Liability

   You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless ARPhotobooths from and against any claims, demands, or liabilities of any kind relating to the capture, use, publication, distribution, or display of images or videos taken in the photobooth at your event, whether such use is in print, online, broadcast, or any other media.​​​​​
